"We do not doubt that there are needs that run deeper than words, deeper even than thought, and that some of them may be reached by the power of music".

Job Descriptions

...."music is about as physical as it gets:
your essential rhythm is your heartbeat;
your essential sound, the breath.
We're walking temples of noise,
and when you add tender hearts to this mix,
it somehow lets us meet in places we couldn't
get to in any other way."

....From Traveling Mercies by Anne Lamott

Promote Your Page Too

Our mission is to bring a
quality choral experience
to our members and to our community.
We believe that through music
we can change the world.

Naomi Bennet

Naomi Bennett, our artistic director, is currently a choral music education student at Oregon State University. From North Bend, Oregon, she moved to Corvallis to pursue her bachelors of arts in music. She has had performance and conducting opportunities with the Oregon State ensembles including OSU Chamber Choir, Bella Voce, University Chorale, Opera Workshop, Wind Symphony, and Wind Ensemble. She plans on continuing on to graduate school to receive a masters in choral conducting.

Bryson Skaar

Bryson Skaar, our Accompanist, holds a Bachelors Degree in Music with an emphasis in Piano Performance from Oregon State University. He is an active soloist, vocal accompanist, and ensemblepianist at the university. He has performed with the OSU Wind Ensemble, OSU Wind Symphony, University Chorale, and OSU Jazz Ensembles. Bryson works as a freelance pianist with soloists, ensembles, and theatre productions. He is an avid jazz pianist and performs regularly with jazz combos. He has found liberty in improvisation, composition, and arranging that is vital to his relationship with music.

We are a group of singers who meet once a week at the Unitarian Fellowship to sing together and to spread the joy. You do not have to audition to join in the fun. Just come ready to stretch your musical ability. Many of us do not even read music!

Children are welcome to attend with parents.

Occasionally, we land a gig!
